1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services offered by Powered by 1000 Professionals, you ("Client" or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Subscription Services
2.1. Subscription: We provide access to our subscription-based SaaS program and digital marketing agency services ("Services") in exchange for a subscription fee. The specific terms of your subscription, including fees and duration, are detailed in your subscription agreement.
2.2. Consequences of Breach: In the event of a breach of your subscription agreement, you shall be liable for the following consequences:
2.2.1. Business Loss: You will bear the cost of any business loss incurred by Powered by 1000 Professionals due to the breach. Business loss includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, revenue, and opportunities.
2.2.2. Business Expenses or Fees: You will reimburse Powered 1000 Professionals for any business expenses or fees incurred as a result of the breach. The reimbursement shall be equal to 8% of the value of the agreed contractual obligation or the actual expenses/fees incurred, whichever is higher. An additional reconnect fee PER PAGE will be charged in the event that your service is disconnected for more than 30 days.
3. Privacy and Data

4. Intellectual Property
4.1. Ownership: All content, software, and intellectual property provided through our Services are the property of Powered 1000 Professionals and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
4.2. Legal Compliance: We may disclose information to comply with legal obligations, protect our rights and safety, and enforce our policies.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to our Services in the event of a material breach of your subscription agreement or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
6. Amendments
We may update and amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing, and your continued use of our Services after the effective date of such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
